- Order Processing: We ship orders Monday – Thursday between the hours of 9:00 am – 4:00 pm MST.
- Prompt Fulfillment: We will fulfill and ship your order within 1-2 business days.
- Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will accommodate requests for orders that have not yet shipped. However, we cannot cancel shipped orders, and our no returns or refund policy applies.
