Perishable Products including Substrate Jars, Spawn Bags, Spawn Jars, Liquid Culture
We do no accept any perishable product returns, unless the return is due to contamination or damaged packages during shipping. If your mushroom culture products are damaged during shipping, you must text a photo of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery. Make sure the picture is clear to see any damage such as cracks on the bags.
We will be happy to cancel an order after it is placed as long as it has not been shipped. Please note that we ship most orders the next business day. Refunds take 1-2 days to process.
